The worst customer service experience from a company that I pay for a service. I called for assistance and instead of clear guidance I received snorky responses. I was told that I should contact my HR about getting another insurance policy. Is this BCBS business practices????? Or do you have a problem in your customer service department.

Lied to twice, said cancer treatment center was in network, signed up and 6 months later they said it wasn't. BCBS lied again and said my wife called and they told her the center wasn't in network. I'm stuck with a huge bill that must be paid to continue treatments

BCBS has some of the rudest most misinformed employees. For a company with such a big name they sure have a shotty training and customer service dept..

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas is denying continued IVIG treatments. This is life saving treatment for my daughter with Down Syndrome. The company approved it for a "normal" girl. Shame on this company!

I've had BCBSTX for almost 3 years and I am officially DONE. We started purchasing privately due to the high cost of insurance through my employer and the first year was ok. After that we were forced in an HMO and paid so much out of pocket it was ridiculous. Was told...
